Exploring Cebu

Visit the city's historical landmarks!

The Magellan's Cross signifies that Catholicism is in Cebu. This cross will bring you to the past and tells you the history of how Catholicism started. This one of the most popular historical landmark in Cebu tht you must visit because you can learn many things about Cebu.

Basilica Del Santo Nino
According to what I learned about this church, this is the first ever church established here in the Philippines. That It makes the Church the oldest in the Philippine islands. It is very famous though it is old. You wouldn't believe the scheduled weddings reserved here. For many people would like to get married here.

Another one of the history places is the Fort san Pedro; it is built for military defense by the Spaniards. You'll see the old cannons, their headquarters and guns where they are mounted in the stones. It might look small on the outside, but it is actually quite spacious on the inside.

It used to be the city's penitentiary. Now, it is called Museo Sugbo. It details a whole lot of history, dating from the country's discovery in 1521.

Have fun with the best attraction in the city!

If you want to experience the thrill of being hanged on the the tallest building in Cebu, I suggest you stopped by the Crown Regency Hotel for Sky Experience Adventure. Riders are locked onto a rail seat while the Edge Coaster goes around the edge of the building.

One of the best place to visit is the Ayala center, and SM City Cebu. For it's in the heart of Cebu. It is at the center of the Island. If you would like to see the look of modern city but feels like you are in a province. This is the best area to visit!
